- NO returns or exchanges on any USED items.
- NO returns or exchanges on BIKES or ENGINES.
- ALL approved returns may be subject to a 10% restocking fee.
In the event of shipping errors, faulty-fitment issues, or mistakes on new & unused items - Wholesale-Cycle will issue a return shipping label & promptly exchange for the correct product if available. If the correct item is unavailable, we will issue a 100% full refund - including the shipping charges.
We are unable to accept returns on items that are USED, SCRATCHED, DIRTY, PREVIOUSLY INSTALLED or DAMAGED in any way. If you have questions or are unsure, please contact SUPPORT before returning your item. Pro Tip - Return it in the condition you received it.

ORDERED ON EBAY or AMAZON? Please include all relevant order information with your return.
Be sure to safely package your return item so it arrives to us in good condition. Please include all original tags, bags and instructions. All returned items must be in re-salable condition. Pro Tip - Return it in the condition you received it.
